The purpose of this policy is to set guidelines and suggestions for both the host and the guest. We, the BC Orff Chapter, will try to arrange billeting so that people who come from out of town may attend our workshops without the added expense of a hotel stay.

Both the host and the guest must agree to the terms prior to the homestay.

• The guest will pay the host $30.00 per night.
• For this renumeration the host will provide the guest with a private bedroom and use of a washroom facility.
• All other provisions such as food, use of kitchen facilities, computer, telephone, and transportation are at the discretion of the host. These items should be clarified and arranged in advance of the stay so that there is no uncertainty or assumptions from either party.
